Our desktop plugins are designed to operate locally and do not depend on continuous or systematic collection of personal data.

To verify that a valid license is in use, plugins may perform license-validation checks via third-party services (such as Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy, or a license service operated on our behalf). This processing may involve a license key and basic product or version information. We do not design this process to collect document content or user files.

When visiting our website, standard server logs may be generated, which can include IP address, timestamps, requested resources, and basic technical or security data. This processing is necessary to operate and secure the website.

Customer support​

When you contact us, we process the information you provide (such as email address, message content, and attachments) in order to respond and provide support.

Purchases and payments​

Payments are processed by third-party Merchants of Record (such as Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy) acting under their own privacy policies. We may receive limited transaction data such as order identifiers, license keys, and an email address if provided.

Personal data is processed, where applicable, on the basis of:

performance of a contract,

legitimate interests (such as service delivery, support, and security), or

consent, where data is voluntarily provided.
