Wraps the elements matching the CSS selector with the specified wrapper element.

Parameters​

  • wrapper (String): The wrapper element, e.g. ``
  • css (String): CSS selector
  • topicText (String): Use $TOPIC_XHTML
  • trackChanges (String): true/false
