Install the Mad Quality Plugin II

If you don't already have a license - you can get one from https://gum.co/madquality2

1. Download the latest installer from https://www.improvementsoft.com/Content/Plugins/plugins-mad-quality-ii.htm
2. Close Flare
3. Run the installer
4. Start Flare again
5. Go to File > Options > Plugins and click Enable. The plugin now appears in the ribbon.

The plugin does not support the Tool Strip interface
